Base
All e-liquids are composed of 80 to 90% PV / VG base. It is a "neutral" and nicotine-free liquid containing Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG) that creates the steam smoke. A base with a high rate of PG will give you a big "hit" whereas if the VG rate is higher the taste will be more pronounced and the vape thicker. Simply mix a base with the aroma(s) of your choice, add the nicotine booster(s) to the level you need, and make your e-liquid.
